collection of bird portraits taken over many countries and many years.
The images show birds if different situations, sitting on their nest,
in flight or merely perching on a nearby post, singing away in the
evening light.
It’s
a collection of images which demonstrate how photographers don’t
always have to travel hundreds or even thousands of miles to capture
pictures of the natural world. From the rich colours of the Blue
Tit taken in my back garden to the powerful Sandhill Cranes in flight
taken in the USA, each of these photographs capture a fascination
and joy which I have when being in the presence of these wonderful
creatures.
